FAQ

Good to know

What is the difference between a flying dinner and a seated dinner?

At a flying dinner, many small courses are served one after another directly to your guests. Everyone stands, mingles and talks, which is ideal for receptions and corporate events. At a seated dinner, you sit at the table and are served several courses, just like in a fine-dining restaurant.

Do you bring service staff?

On request, yes. For larger groups I book experienced service staff and additional chefs so every course arrives on time and hot.

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan menus?

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan menus are of course possible.

Do you bring tableware and cutlery?

Usually the host provides tableware and cutlery. For larger events or special wishes I organise the right equipment through reliable rental partners.

Your evening, your menu.

Tell me about your occasion: date, number of guests and location. I will reply with questions and a first menu idea.
