I quickly settle into existing kitchens and routines and take responsibility where it is needed. In charge of the executive kitchen and catering and events chef at HypoVereinsbank, self-employed since 2021, recently in the daily service of a hotel in the Allgäu.

How much does a freelance chef cost?
That depends on the job, duration and responsibility. As a self-employed chef I charge by the hour or day, without payroll costs for you. You receive a concrete quote after a short call.
How quickly are you available?
Best call me directly. Depending on my calendar, short-notice jobs are often possible, for example for staff shortages or large events.
Do you also work outside Munich, for example in hotels in the mountains?
Yes. Besides Munich I support hotels and caterers in Bavaria, the Allgäu and Tyrol, also for several weeks or a whole season. We arrange accommodation together.
Do you bring service staff?
On request, yes. For larger groups I book experienced service staff and additional chefs so every course arrives on time and hot.
